George Butler
My name is George Butler, and I have been employed within the NHS as an Advanced Nurse Practitioner for Children and Adult ADHD, Autism and Tourette’s services. I have extensive experience, which includes ADHD medication prescribing and completing neurodevelopment assessments in relation to Autism and ADHD.
I have been a non-medical prescriber for 15 years, but specifically within the area of ADHD, both with adults and children.
I have been an RMN for 32 years and working within the area of neurodevelopmental disorders for most of that time, but also in areas such as Substance Misuse, Brain Injury, Forensic, Rehabilitation, in addition to Severe and Enduring Mental illness.
Lauren Keats
My name is Lauren Keats. I am a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) with over ten years’ clinical experience in mental health and neurodevelopmental services.
I specialise in the assessment and treatment of ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorder, including comprehensive diagnostic assessments and ongoing medication management.
I am a qualified Non-Medical Prescriber with extensive experience initiating, titrating, and monitoring ADHD medication in line with clinical guidelines.
My practice is evidence-based, person-centred, and focused on providing safe, effective treatment, with clear communication and collaborative decision-making at every stage of care.
Sheena Butler
My name is Marie Butler but I like to be called Sheena. I am a qualified registered mental health nurse with over 23 years’ experience working in the NHS across children’s and adult mental health services.
I have more than 2 years’ experience working within a children and young peoples’ NHS Neurodevelopmental Service, specialising in the assessment and treatment of both ASD and ADHD assessments. This role involved comprehensive diagnostic assessments and prescribing ADHD medication.
I am a qualified nurse prescriber in England with 5 years’ experience, now specialising in ADHD prescribing. I provide safe, evidence-based prescribing, working collaboratively with individuals and families to ensure treatment is effective, well- tolerated and aligned with the best practice guidelines.
Rali Kareem
My name is Rali Kareem, and I am a Clinical Service Manager within the NHS, specialising in Children and Young People’s ADHD and ASD services.
With 23 years as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) and 17 years as a Non-Medical Prescriber, I have extensive expertise in ADHD medication prescribing and neurodevelopmental assessments for Autism and ADHD across both adult and children and young people.
My career spans a wide range of mental health disciplines, including neurodevelopmental disorders, Substance Misuse, and Severe and Enduring Mental Illness.
