Do I need a diagnosis to use ADHD Focus?

Yes. You must already have a confirmed ADHD diagnosis from a qualified professional before starting treatment with us. We will review your diagnostic report before we are able to progress to titration appointment. If we are not satisfied with the diagnostic report we have the right to refuse treatment.

Who will I speak to?

Your care is provided by NMC-registered mental-health nurses with non-medical prescribing qualifications and experience in ADHD treatment.

How long does titration take?

Titration is individual, but most people complete it within several weeks. You will have regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust medication gradually.

Can you take over my NHS prescription?

Yes. Once you are stable on your medication, we can provide shared-care letters to your GP so ongoing prescriptions can be managed through the NHS if they agree.

Is the service UK-wide?

Yes. ADHD Focus operates entirely online and is available across the UK.

What if I have a complaint?

​You can contact us directly via email. We follow a clear complaints process and will respond promptly. If you are unhappy with any aspect of your care, you can raise a complaint directly with ADHD Focus. We follow a clear complaints process and aim to resolve concerns promptly and fairly.If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your complaint, you may escalate this to the appropriate independent ombudsman or regulatory body, details of which will be provided in our complaints policy.

Will my information be shared?

Your information is not shared without your consent, except where required by law or for safeguarding purposes. Any communication with your GP, including shared-care requests, is completed with your permission.

How are appointments carried out?

All appointments take place online via secure video. This allows you to access care from home at a time that suits you.

Do you prescribe medication?

Yes. Our prescribers can initiate and adjust ADHD medication as clinically appropriate and provide regular reviews to ensure safety and effectiveness.

Will you share information with my GP?

Yes. We will request and share relevant information with your GP regarding your health and ADHD medication to support safe treatment, continuity of care, and shared-care arrangements where appropriate.

How do I book an appointment?

You can book directly through our website. Once registered, you will receive instructions and a link for your video appointment.

How much does it cost?

Our fees are listed on the website and include all appointments, reviews, and prescription management during titration.

Are you CQC registered?

Yes. ADHD Focus is registered with the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and operates in line with CQC regulations and standards.If you have concerns about the care you receive and feel unable to raise them directly with us, you can contact the CQC to share your concerns independently.

How is my data handled?

ADHD Focus is fully compliant with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018. Your personal and medical information is stored securely and only accessed by authorised professionals involved in your care.
